About Cliff
Hi, I am Cliff. I run SeerOfSouls, a site where I write about AI tools, product reviews, and tech that actually works. Here is a bit about who I am and why this site exists.
The Short Version
Proud husband. Cat dad. Tech enthusiast. Player of video games. Writer of words. Listener of music. Reader of news. Picture taker. I have been playing video games since the early 70s and have not run out of lives yet.
The Day Job
By day, I am a Concierge Team Lead at Skylight Calendar, where I manage a team of full time and part time employees. My day to day includes responding to support tickets, handling support calls, and managing social media content and accounts across Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram through Sprout Social. I also coach ADA, our AI chat assistant, which handles chats, tickets, and phone calls, and I help develop the standard operating procedures that guide how we work on a daily basis.
Why SeerOfSouls
I started this site to share what I actually use and learn. No hype, no affiliate noise, no pretending I am an expert at everything. Just practical takes from someone who tests things and reports back honestly.
The AI Tools section covers tools like Hermes Agent, which I use every day to automate parts of my workflow. The product reviews cover things I have actually owned and used. The editorials cover whatever is on my mind.
The AI Stance
I use AI heavily in my workflow and I am open about it. I never claim AI generated work as my own. If you want the full breakdown, the How I Use AI page explains exactly how I use these tools and where I draw the line.
Where To Find Me
The best place to reach me is on social media. I am most active on Twitter and Mastodon, where I share what I am working on, the tools I am testing, and the occasional gaming take. I am always up for a conversation about tech, AI, or gaming, so if you read something here that made you think, or if you have a tool you want me to try, that is where to find me.
For anything more direct, head to the Contact Page and submit through there. I read everything that comes in, and I try to answer what I can.
